Rates are per hour and for 3 hours minimum. $125 p/h applies from Monday to Friday, $160 p/h is for Saturday's and Sundays. POA on shorter bookings, weekends, after hours and can be arranged with owner. Full payment is to be made 7 days prior to booking. Access areas include, Kitchen, Dining, Lounge, Master Bedroom, Back garden, Outside Entertaining, Shower and Sauna. The front Garden Por is also available and the Study is coming soon.
