Transitional Cottage

This 1850s original miner's cottage has three bedrooms layered with textured linens, cosy textiles and personal antique collections, as well as curated industrial furniture, a mix of old and new in spacious light-filled rooms. This rustic space would be perfect for a range of photoshoots and TV series filming, as well as commercials, and even as a unique space to host an event.

The dining room features industrial lighting and a large kitchen with custom concrete bench tops and commercial size oven. The bathroom is a statement feature of the home with an authentic French antique chandelier, original claw foot iron bath and a European style hand held shower, surrounded by white washed walls, as well as antique mirrors and industrial collections. The oversized lounge room features a huge fireplace, a vast collection of artworks, furniture old a new, and layers of textiles, rugs and cushions. There is also a private library with vintage 1930's leather club chairs and wallpaper adorning the walls. You'll find huge vaulted ceilings and large French doors through to the garden, and an abundance of natural light. A masterful play of neutral tones, with pops of vibrant green, through both plants and paints, make this an earthy natural wonder to film and shoot.
