Presenting this eight acre hobby farm in the heart of the Pyrenees Shire, Victoria, only 40 minutes from Ballarat and the Grampians. The property is being evolved to be self sustainable, and for the past 4 years it has been operating as an Airbnb and Riparide farm experience location. With beautiful vista's of Mt Cole Forest, amazing starry skies and privacy, the guests leave feeling rejuvenated. It would make the ideal backdrop for TV series and film shooting, photography stills, and even as an event location.

Plans are in progress to create a farm gate "Mt Cole Foods". The Grain Store Cottage was built in 1950, and two of the other sheds were built in 1948 / 1950. The main farmhouse is a simple 1960's house with renovations continuing. Features a family of chickens, 9 sheep (all named) and 5 dogs. Large pine tree drive way makes an impressive entrance, great access and plenty of parking for truck and crews. Music videos have been filmed here over the years. There is also a large woolshed that can be used for accommodation, with the interiors in keeping with the rustic theme.
