Built in the 1920s as a hub for Melbourne’s colourful and burgeoning bathing population, by the turn of the century the building had slipped into disrepair. Jump forward to today and after seven years of careful restoration this beachside beauty is back in extraordinary style, offering a perfect backdrop for any purpose, photoshoots, events and filming.

Imagine The Great Gatsby on the bay with cocktails and bay sunset views. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors blur the line between interior and exterior, bringing the beach to the table. The view from every window is across the sand to the bay - a spectacular vista regardless of the season. With polished timber floors, white-ceilings and exposed steel beams, there is a series of individual spaces or one large space available, providing a variety of options. Timber decking overlooking the sand provides a luxury outdoor setting for casual banana-lounging or formal events. A restaurant on-site can cater for any event style.
