Espace is located in the chic village of Armadale, Victoria, at 37 Seymour Avenue, just a couple of paces off High Street. Espace has ground floor capacity for up to 200 guests, featuring five large spaces within an urban warehouse design, boasting polished concrete floors throughout the vast expanses. Gallery style partitions create intimate spaces that are thoughtfully purposed with interiors designed by Melbourne’s very own CARR.
Only 10 kms from Melbourne city, this is the perfect location for large gigs. It has a Studio 54-esque mezzanine which can be blocked off overlooking the expansive ground floor space.
During the day, natural sunlight streams through high windows and glass walls, infusing Espace with an interesting light and shade aesthetic. High ceilings and designer gallery/museum lighting rigs provide a vertical palette for displaying artwork, project plans, designs, blueprints or photography.
The ground floor features two cozy yet highly functional private meeting rooms, each with their own flat screen smart TVs which can flex into collab hubs or breakout rooms. These are visually connected to the main space through floor to ceiling glass walls. The centrally located main area features movable furniture providing you the perfect blank canvas to let your creativity run wild and flex to meet your event brief.
Espace has a rear access loading dock with roller door entry for easy bump in and out. A small yet functional kitchen and back of house area enables you to bring in catering and crews to suit large productions. Internally accessed bathrooms are at the rear of the venue. It is also fully soundproofed for film, events or TVC's.
