The Space
The Pearl is a fresh take on an Australian beach house, with generous proportions split over three levels. The first level has a soaring ceiling, is light, airy and contains the open plan living room with fireplace, dining and kitchen.
The lower level has three queen bedrooms, the primary bedroom featuring a built-in window seat enclosed in Tasmanian Oak. The ensuite has double vanities built into a reclaimed timber workbench and free standing bath. Upstairs has a high ceiling, presenting the fourth 5 double bedroom, powderoom and large dorm room with 3 single beds built into a raised Tasmanian oak platform. The house features Tasmanian oak floors, Australian wool carpets, and showcases work by local ceramicists, blacksmiths and artists. On the beach side of the property is a cute separate games building and tropical outdoor shower bay with handcrafted raw edge timber bench seat, and raw handcrafted copper fittings underneath a huge rainfall shower head. Outside there are a number of shoot locations such as the built-in outdoor day bed, wide timber deck off the main house, the games room, separate potting shed, grass lawn or just a few steps away is pristine White Beach. Perfect for photoshoots or TVCs.
