Located a 10 to 15 minute drive from Launceston Tasmania, this beautiful house overlooks the river which pays homage to the quintessential Australian shearing shed aesthetic. Many repurposed salvaged finds fill this stylish home, such as the 200 year old shop counter now a kitchen island, which would be ideal for filming a cooking show demonstration.
Interiors are cosy and offer a country feel with spellbinding views out towards the lake. Other features include 100-year-old upcycled doors and uniquely decorated nooks and crannies featuring raw materials that tell a story. Endless opportunities exist for photoshoots, TVCs or video filming.
