Designed to give production teams space and flexibility, Tweed Forest features more than 3.5km of bush tracks and multiple distinct filming zones. The scale and isolation make it ideal for TVCs, fashion campaigns, long-lens photography and outdoor lifestyle shoots that require control, variety and uninterrupted sound conditions.
The landscape is rich and layered. Rainforest trails lead to a private creek and natural rock waterfall, while elevated ridgelines reveal sweeping views across the Pacific Ocean. At golden hour, the property transforms with soft, cinematic light across the surrounding hills and forest canopy.
Three dams provide additional backdrops, each offering a different mood and visual texture. A natural amphitheatre framed by tall trees creates a dramatic enclosed environment that works beautifully for staging, performance or atmospheric storytelling.

Access to the property is via 4WD due to varied terrain. A signed entry agreement and proof of Public Liability Insurance are required.
