Natural materials are used throughout the home amongst a backdrop of fresh white walls with an abundance of natural light, making it a suitable shooting location to bring a range of lifestyle focused and fashion shoots to life.

Ceilings soar in each space with the main living/dining/kitchen zone featuring exposed rafters, plus an open mezzanine level giving a real wow factor. The resort type pool zone is spacious with an incredible background of lush tropical plants. Suitable for photoshoots and videography projects. Located eight minute drive to Manly Beach, 30-40 mins drive from Sydney Domestic and International Airport, and a 25-30 minute drive to Sydney CBD.

We look forward to welcoming you. Please note this is a shoe free house :) We understand that models may might need to wear shoes, we just kindly ask that you could ensure the soles are clean from dirt, this is so we can minimise scratches and also keep the house safe for our little ones. No OnlyFans or adult content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. Please ensure camera, video and prop equipment have soft footing to protect timber floors. 3 min drive to Seaforth Shops and 8 min drive to Manly.
