We look forward to welcoming you. Please note this is a shoe free house :) We understand that models may might need to wear shoes, we just kindly ask that you could ensure the soles are clean from dirt, this is so we can minimise scratches and also keep the house safe for our little ones. No OnlyFans or adult content to be produced. Any rearranging of furniture to be requested by the Guest to the Host. Please ensure camera, video and prop equipment have soft footing to protect timber floors. 3 min drive to Seaforth Shops and 8 min drive to Manly.
