The Space
MAIN HOME: Six metre high ceilings over a modern Moroccan inspired open plan living area with natural light coming from the sky in all directions. The Kitchen is a tribute to earthy tones of sage green and black, featuring large terrazzo bench tops including a splash back zone of the same stone including a butlers pantry, as well as a feature splash back glass window looking onto an external wall of lush green plant life. The lounge and dining area flow onto a concrete wall honouring all the earthy tones together with an exposed washed brick feature wall leading into the children's dedicated space.
The main home and children's lounge area have flow on herringbone patterned wooden flooring, the children's area has a black panel wall, a pink retro inspired velvet lounge as well as blue cabinetry, blue Moroccan rug and tiled coffee table, bench seat.
The main living area also has a custom made curved corner bench seat with houndstooth cloth lounge seating, sitting below a terracotta coloured wall shelving with interchangeable styling allowed as frequently as desired. Pink pool house with its own decking area as well as a main outdoor area off the main home.
POOL AREA
The lightest of blue tiles reflecting the water and light with gorgeous soft granite surrounds, as well as a cactus feature wall which makes for a fantastic backdrop. A pool decking area sits above but beyond the pool for overseeing and entertaining, furnished for relaxing.
PINK POOL HOUSE
This 9m x 6m zone floods with light, a pink exterior, with polished concrete flooring and sage green walls. This area is a studio ready for the installation of any required equipment with a gingham pattern floor tiled bathroom for convenience featuring a velvet olive green retro lounge as well as a zebra patterns retro lounge.
BBQ AREA
An undercover area on polished concrete sits outside the main house/kitchen area, well equipped with BBQ, Pizza oven, its own drinks fridge and therefore ready to entertain and cater for a people party in all seasons, a swim a relax and an evening of Aussie friendly fun awaits.
