Special conditions

Our photoshoots pricing starts at $290. Here are the options: 1. $290 and access from 1 pm - 4:30 pm. We will clean before arrival and the place must be left clean after the shoot as we don't check it before the next guests arrive. If anything is out of place for when the next guests arrive there will be an extra charge so make sure to leave everything as it were. 2. $290 plus the cost of booking the night allows access from 1 pm and to use the place until check out the following day at 10 am if needed.
