This is an exclusive and very private space perfect for your next production. The Boathouse is similar to a Tiny Home as it has a loft style bedroom on a mezzanine that you access via a library style ladder. The bedroom has beautiful views of the bay and park. You’ll have full and private access of the waterfront including the boat shed, jetty and pontoon, grass area, Alfresco area including the wood fired pizza oven, charcoal BBQ, outdoor heaters, speakers and awning.
There is also plenty of street parking with a lift to help bring people and items half way down. Then some stairs down to the boathouse.
