The space

Located on the narrowest part of the Mornington Peninsula offering three bedrooms plus a forth in the pool house/ bungalow with queen bed and a further queen fold out sofa. The Palmy House is situated on a 1000sqm block with north facing gardens, a Mykonos inspired pool with splash deck and 40sqm timber deck overlooking the tea tree lined garden with Balinese daybed and 15ft trampoline. The neutral aesthetic continues inside with white washed timber floors, natural light in the spacious living and dining areas and a white fully equipped kitchen with stone benches, Bosch appliances and a Euorpean laundry leading out to the deck. The newly renovated bathroom has a large bath and double vanity. The queen bedrooms all have built in robes, the third room has two single beds with access to toys. A custom built cubby house with slide is located in the large front garden secured by high fencing and surrounded by a large garden. The garden is private and secure and the perfect place to shoot your Summer/Spring campaigns.
