The Space

Burragunyah is located three hours from Melbourne. This beautiful 1200 acre bush property is also a cattle farm. On the land you’ll find two creeks and two breathtaking waterfalls. It boasts gorgeous gardens, winding paths as well as a dam and an abundance of wildlife. The main homestead was built in 1997 with stone collected from the property. A second cottage, remains of a stone hut, farm machinery and a variety of sheds are also available. This property possesses a rustic charm as well as the earthy appeal of the Australian outback. You'll find stringy bark and box timber trees in the lower areas of this property and native blue gum and cold climate natives in the higher areas. In winter and spring the rolling hills are lush green and in summer these hills are dry with rocky outcrops. A covered front verandah overlooks the rolling hills of this rural gem.
