The Bayside Home

The home is north facing, with many windows. The living and dining room have large sliding windows and there is plenty of room to pull back and shoot from various angles. Ceiling heights upstairs are 2.8m. There is an undercover large balcony upstairs (great for hosting events) and another directly underneath that steps onto the lawn.

Most windows in the home have uninterrupted views of Dolans / Burraneer bay and have sheer + light filtering curtains. (kids rooms are blockout only) There is a white metal spiral staircase connecting the outside balcony areas. The house is mid-century and all the windows are classic mid-century timber frames. The kitchen is large with walnut timber and Patagonia stone, with black appliances. The master bedroom is large and the adjoining ensuite has palladiana stone floor with the bath overlooking the bay.

There are 2 kids bedrooms with ensuites. The downstairs area has a large guest bedroom with ensuite, there is a kitchenette, additional living room. There is also a gym that overlooks the pool. Home owner is a photographic interior stylist and the interiors are neutral colour palette with touches of green and curated with custom, vintage or unique furniture art and homewares.
